Accessibility Statement
Last modified: 01/5/2026
Our Commitment
Healthy hair and confidence should be within reach for everyone.
Curadose (operated by GlobalScale LLC) is committed to providing a website and digital experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and, in doing so, aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
We believe that every customer — whether browsing our products, reading our content, or completing a purchase — should be able to do so with ease and dignity. Accessibility is not an afterthought at Curadose; it is a core part of how we build and maintain our digital presence.
Conformance Status
The WCAG guidelines define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, across three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to reach and maintain full Level AA conformance and to adopt newer guidance, including WCAG 2.2, over time.
What We're Doing
Ongoing actions we take to maintain and improve accessibility include:
- Working toward keyboard navigability for interactive elements, with visible focus indicators.
- Providing meaningful alternative text for product images, illustrations, and media.
- Maintaining color-contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text).
- Designing responsive layouts that function across screen sizes and support zoom up to 200%.
- Testing with assistive technologies, including screen readers, where feasible.
- Using semantic HTML, a logical heading hierarchy, and ARIA labels where appropriate.
- Considering accessibility in our design reviews and quality-assurance processes.
- Educating our content and development teams on accessibility best practices.
Known Limitations
We are transparent about areas where we are still improving. While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some areas of our website may not yet be fully optimized. Known limitations may include certain third-party content or embedded tools — such as payment processors, reviews widgets, or social media integrations — that are not entirely within our control. We are actively working with our partners and vendors to address these gaps.
We regularly review our site for issues and are committed to fixing accessibility barriers as they are identified. If you encounter a problem, please let us know — your feedback directly informs our improvement roadmap.
Third-Party Content
Our website may include content, widgets, or integrations from third-party providers (such as reviews, payment gateways, or analytics). While we make every effort to select accessible third-party tools and to advocate for accessibility improvements with these vendors, we cannot guarantee full conformance of content we do not directly control. We encourage you to contact us if you encounter difficulties with any part of our site, and we will work to provide the information or assistance you need through an accessible alternative.
Report an Accessibility Issue
Your experience matters — help us make Curadose better for everyone. We take accessibility feedback seriously. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, navigating our website, or completing a transaction, we want to hear from you. Our team will work to respond within 2 business days and to provide an accessible alternative where possible.
