SERVICE means the Curadose website and related online stores, quizzes, and customer accounts operated by Curadose.

Our Service offers a hair quiz and diagnostic tools. When you choose to use them, you may provide information about your hair and scalp, such as your age, the type and pattern of hair thinning you are experiencing, the suspected cause (for example, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, stress, or hereditary thinning), past treatments, and related goals.
Some of this information may be considered sensitive or health-related. We do not use this information to make any medical diagnosis, and our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Photographs
If you choose to submit photographs (for example, with a product review or as part of the quiz), we and our service providers store and process those images only for the purpose for which you provided them, such as displaying reviews or personalizing recommendations. We do not use photographs for facial recognition or biometric identification. You can ask us to remove photos you have submitted by contacting us.

We may provide paid products and services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (for example, payment processors and Shopify Payments).
We will not store or collect your payment card details ourselves. What phone and consent data do we capture for sending SMS messages?
When you sign up for our SMS/MMS mobile messaging marketing program, we collect your phone number and record your consent to receive text messages from us. You provide this information when you complete our forms online or by other means. We only collect the information needed to send you relevant messages, and we expect all information provided to be accurate, true, and not misleading.
How do we use that data?
We use your phone number and recorded consent to transmit SMS or MMS messages about our products and services. Who is that data shared with?
