Our Service offers a hair quiz and diagnostic tools. When you choose to use them, you may provide information about your hair and scalp, such as your age, the type and pattern of hair thinning you are experiencing, the suspected cause (for example, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, stress, or hereditary thinning), past treatments, and related goals.

Photographs

We do not use photographs for facial recognition or biometric identification. You can ask us to remove photos you have submitted by contacting us.

You provide this information when you complete our forms online or by other means.
