Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly through trycuradose.com (“Curadose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to one-time purchases and subscription orders made through our website.

Products purchased through third-party sellers, marketplaces, unauthorized resellers, or other websites are subject to the return and refund policies of the original seller and are not eligible under this Policy.

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Meaningful progress takes consistency. Our guarantee gives you the time and confidence to see it through

Hair changes do not happen overnight. Curadose is designed to become part of a consistent treatment routine, and meaningful progress depends on using the system correctly and allowing sufficient time for the hair and scalp to respond.

That is why every qualifying first Curadose purchase is protected by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Use Curadose consistently and as directed for at least 12 consecutive weeks, and if you are still not satisfied with your progress, you may submit a claim within 90 calendar days after delivery.

Once an eligible claim is reviewed and approved, we will refund the amount paid for the qualifying Curadose System. You will not be required to return the device, used serum containers, empty containers, or any other products included in the qualifying order.

Our Guarantee is intended to give eligible first-time customers sufficient time to follow the Curadose routine and evaluate their personal progress without making a rushed decision after only a few treatments.

To begin a claim, email us at support@trycuradose.com with your order number and the required progress documentation. Our support team will review your submission and guide you through the remaining steps.

Submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund. The eligibility requirements below must be completed so that we can verify that Curadose was used consistently and in accordance with the recommended treatment protocol.

Questions about the Guarantee? Contact us at support@trycuradose.com and our team will be happy to assist.

Eligible purchases

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a customer’s first qualifying order containing a complete Curadose System purchased directly through trycuradose.com.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, the following are not independently covered by the Guarantee:

  • Subscription renewal orders;
  • Repeat Curadose System purchases;
  • Replacement orders;
  • Complimentary products or promotional gifts;
  • Individually purchased add-ons;
  • Purchases made through third-party sellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers.

The Guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer and household. Curadose may consider matching customer names, shipping addresses, billing addresses, payment methods, and order histories when applying this limitation.

Required use

To qualify for the Guarantee, the customer must:

  • Use the Curadose System consistently for at least 12 consecutive weeks;
  • Follow the supplied instructions and recommended treatment schedule;
  • Use the system only as directed;
  • Maintain a reasonable record of treatment dates;
  • Submit the required progress photographs;
  • Submit the complete claim within 90 calendar days after delivery; and
  • Satisfy all other eligibility conditions described in this section.

For purposes of this Policy, the delivery date is the date on which the shipping carrier’s tracking records show the order as delivered.

Claims submitted before the customer has completed at least 10 consecutive weeks of use are not eligible.

Required progress photographs

To qualify, the customer must provide three sets of progress photographs.

Baseline photographs

The baseline set must be taken before the first Curadose treatment.

Midpoint photographs

The midpoint set must be taken between four and six weeks after beginning use.

Completion photographs

The completion set must be taken after at least 10 consecutive weeks of use and before the 90-day claim deadline.

Each set must contain three clear photographs showing the relevant treatment areas, including, where applicable:

  • The frontal hairline or front treatment area;
  • The top, crown, or part-line treatment area; and
  • A side view or another area where Curadose was applied.

All photograph sets must show reasonably comparable:

  • Treatment areas;
  • Angles;
  • Camera distance;
  • Lighting;
  • Hair condition;
  • Hairstyle; and
  • Part placement.

Customers do not need to show their full face. Photographs may be cropped to the relevant hair and scalp areas, provided the treated areas remain clearly visible.

Curadose may request reasonable additional photographs, treatment dates, usage details, or other documentation where the submitted information is incomplete, unclear, inconsistent, or insufficient to verify compliance with the Guarantee requirements.

Submitted photographs will be used to review and administer the claim. They will not be published or used in advertising without the customer’s separate permission.

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

To request a refund under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, email support@trycuradose.com no later than 90 calendar days after delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your qualifying order number;
  • A brief description of your experience;
  • The required baseline photograph set;
  • The required midpoint photograph set;
  • The required completion photograph set;
  • A list of treatment dates or an equivalent usage record; and
  • Any other mandatory documentation identified in this Policy.

Submitting a message stating that you intend to request a refund, asking how to begin a claim, or expressing dissatisfaction does not by itself constitute a complete Guarantee claim.

No product return required

If a claim under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is approved, the customer is not required to return:

  • The Curadose device;
  • Used or unused serum containers;
  • Empty containers;
  • Reusable components;
  • Supplements;
  • Promotional products; or
  • Any other items included in the qualifying order.

Guarantee refund amount

An approved Guarantee refund covers the amount actually paid for the eligible Curadose products and any applicable taxes collected specifically on that eligible product.

Unless required by applicable law, the Guarantee does not refund:

  • Original shipping or handling charges;
  • Expedited-delivery charges;
  • Priority-processing fees;
  • Package-protection fees;
  • Complimentary gifts;
  • Individually purchased add-ons;
  • Subscription renewals;
  • Refill-only purchases; or
  • Products outside the qualifying first Curadose System purchase.

Where a discount, promotional code, or store credit was used, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid for the eligible product rather than its standard retail price.

The Guarantee cannot be combined with another refund, reimbursement, return, compensation payment, chargeback, or payment dispute relating to the same transaction.

Complete Claim Required by Day 90

A Guarantee request is not complete unless every required progress photograph set, treatment record and other mandatory claim document has been submitted no later than 90 calendar days after delivery.

Photographs, treatment records or other mandatory documentation first submitted after the 90-day deadline may not be accepted.

A complete claim submitted within the applicable period will remain timely while it is under review.

Submitting a complete claim does not automatically approve a refund. Curadose will review the documentation to determine whether all Guarantee requirements have been satisfied.

2. Standard 30-Day Returns

Separate from the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, customers may request a standard return of eligible products within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Standard returns are intended for products that have not been opened, used, or unsealed.

To qualify for a standard return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery;
  • The product must be unused and unopened;
  • The product must remain in its original sealed packaging;
  • All safety, hygiene, and tamper-evident seals must remain intact;
  • The product and its packaging must not be damaged, marked, altered, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale;
  • All included components, accessories, manuals, and materials must be included;
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided; and
  • The product must have been purchased directly through trycuradose.com.

For purposes of this Policy, the delivery date is the date shown as delivered in the shipping carrier’s tracking records.

Submitting a standard return request does not automatically approve the return. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

3. Products Excluded From Standard Returns

Except under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, in connection with a verified defect, or where otherwise required by applicable law, the following products are not eligible for a standard return:

  • Opened or used Curadose devices;
  • Opened or used serum vials;
  • Opened supplements, capsules, cosmetics, gels, creams, or other consumable products;
  • Used micro-infusion heads, applicators, needles, or other hygiene-sensitive components;
  • Products with broken, removed, or altered seals;
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, improper storage, accidental damage, modification, or unauthorized repair;
  • Products showing excessive wear, contamination, or deterioration;
  • Products that are incomplete or missing components;
  • Products not purchased directly through trycuradose.com; and
  • Products that are unsuitable for resale after opening for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

Opening or using a product to evaluate its effects or results does not qualify it for a standard return.

Used products may qualify only under the separate 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, where all Guarantee requirements have been satisfied.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Kits, Bundles, Gifts, and Promotional Products

Products sold as part of a kit, bundle, set, or promotional package must be returned as a complete set unless Curadose authorizes a partial return in writing.

Individually priced products may be returned separately when they independently satisfy the standard return requirements.

If returning part of an order causes the remaining products to no longer qualify for a bundle price, volume discount, promotional discount, free product, or other offer, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the price that would have applied to the products retained by the customer.

Complimentary gifts and promotional products:

  • Have no cash value;
  • Are not independently refundable;
  • Cannot be exchanged for money or store credit; and
  • May be required to be returned when the qualifying purchase is returned.

Where a required promotional item is not returned, Curadose may deduct its disclosed retail value from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. How to Request a Standard Return

Before sending any product back, email:

support@trycuradose.com

Your request should include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • The products you wish to return; and
  • Clear photographs showing the condition of the products, original packaging, and intact seals.

A reason is not required where the customer is exercising a statutory withdrawal right that does not require one. For other return requests, providing a reason may help us review and process the request.

Curadose may request additional reasonable information to verify:

  • The order;
  • The identity and condition of the products;
  • Whether the packaging remains sealed;
  • Whether all required components are present; and
  • Whether the return satisfies this Policy.

If the return is approved, Curadose will provide:

  • Written return authorization;
  • The applicable return address;
  • A return reference number, where required; and
  • Packaging and shipping instructions.

Do not return products before receiving written return authorization.

Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused, returned to the sender, or experience significant processing delays.

Sending an unauthorized package does not establish eligibility for a refund.

6. Authorized Return Deadline

Once return authorization has been issued, the approved return must be shipped within 14 calendar days, unless the written return instructions provide a different deadline.

The customer must provide valid tracking information or other reasonable proof of shipment when requested.

Return authorization may expire where:

  • The return is not shipped within the required period;
  • Valid tracking or proof of shipment is not provided;
  • The package is sent to an unauthorized or incorrect address;
  • The package does not contain the approved products;
  • The products were opened or used after authorization;
  • The returned products do not match the products purchased; or
  • The customer does not follow the supplied return instructions.

A new return authorization may be required after an authorization expires.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Except for a verified defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product:

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping;
  • Return shipping must be prepaid;
  • A tracked shipping method must be used;
  • The customer assumes responsibility for the return package until it is delivered to the authorized return location;
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law;
  • Expedited-delivery charges and priority-processing fees are non-refundable;
  • Package-protection fees are non-refundable; and
  • Curadose does not reimburse voluntary return-postage costs.

Customers should retain their return receipt and tracking information until the refund has been completed.

Curadose is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, abandoned, or misdirected while being returned using a shipping service selected by the customer.

Packages sent with postage, customs charges, cash-on-delivery charges, or other amounts payable upon arrival may be refused.

8. Inspection of Returned Products

All standard returns are subject to inspection.

Curadose may verify:

  • Product identity;
  • Device serial numbers;
  • Original packaging;
  • Seal condition;
  • Whether the product has been opened or used;
  • Whether all products, components, and accessories are included;
  • Whether the returned item matches the item originally purchased;
  • Whether the product has been altered, substituted, damaged, or tampered with; and
  • Whether the return complies with this Policy and the return authorization.

Curadose may reject or reduce a voluntary refund where the returned product is:

  • Opened;
  • Used;
  • Incomplete;
  • Missing components;
  • Materially damaged;
  • Substituted;
  • Altered;
  • Contaminated;
  • Returned outside the authorized period; or
  • Otherwise ineligible under this Policy.

Where reasonably necessary, Curadose may retain photographic or written records of the return inspection.

Nothing in this section restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Standard Return Refunds

If a standard return is approved following inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the eligible returned products.

Unless required by applicable law, standard return refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping or handling charges;
  • Expedited-delivery charges;
  • Priority-processing fees;
  • Package-protection fees;
  • Return-shipping costs;
  • Duties or import charges originally paid by the customer; or
  • The value of missing or retained promotional items.

Where a discount, store credit, promotional offer, or bundle discount was applied, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid and any necessary promotional recalculation.

Refunds cannot be issued to a different:

  • Credit or debit card;
  • Bank account;
  • Digital wallet;
  • Buy-now-pay-later account; or
  • Payment method.

Curadose generally initiates:

  • An approved 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee refund within 10 business days after claim approval; and
  • An approved standard return refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the authorized return.

The customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

10. Damaged, Missing, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

Visible shipping damage, missing products, or incorrect products should be reported within seven calendar days after delivery, whenever reasonably possible.

An issue discovered after this period may still be reviewed where required by applicable law or where the issue could not reasonably have been discovered earlier.

For a suspected device or manufacturing defect discovered later, contact Curadose promptly after discovering the issue.

Email support@trycuradose.com and include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • A detailed description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or video showing the issue, where reasonably possible;
  • Photographs of the packaging, where relevant; and
  • The device serial number, if applicable.

Curadose may request:

  • Additional photographs or video;
  • Reasonable troubleshooting;
  • Confirmation that the product was used as directed;
  • Serial-number verification;
  • Return of the affected product for inspection; or
  • Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

For a verified defect, shipping error, missing product, or incorrect product, Curadose will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer.

The initial remedy will ordinarily be:

  • Troubleshooting;
  • Replacement of the affected component;
  • Replacement of the affected product; or
  • Reshipment of a missing or incorrect item.

Where repair or replacement is unavailable, unsuccessful, disproportionate, or another remedy is required by applicable law, Curadose may provide an appropriate price reduction or refund.

If Curadose requires a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect product to be returned, Curadose will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable authorized return-shipping cost.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Accidental damage;
  • Improper use;
  • Failure to follow supplied instructions;
  • Improper cleaning or storage;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation;
  • Use with unauthorized or incompatible products;
  • Unauthorized modification or repair;
  • Damage caused by external forces; or
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to customer handling.

Nothing in this section excludes any statutory warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Subscription Orders

Some Curadose products may be offered through automatically renewing subscriptions.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed when the customer enrolls.

Subscriptions continue to renew at the applicable price and frequency until cancelled.

Customers may cancel a subscription:

  • Through any available subscription-management option in their customer account; or
  • By emailing support@trycuradose.com.

A subscription cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that:

  • Has already been charged;
  • Has entered processing or fulfillment; or
  • Has already been shipped.

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date to allow the request to be processed before the next renewal.

If a renewal has been charged but has not entered processing or fulfillment, contact us immediately. Curadose will make reasonable efforts to stop and refund the renewal, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

If a renewal order has already entered fulfillment or been shipped, it is subject to the standard return requirements in this Policy.

Delivered, opened, or used subscription products are not refundable unless:

  • They independently qualify under another section of this Policy;
  • They are defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect; or
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Subscription renewal and refill orders are not independently eligible under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Cancelling a subscription does not cancel an order that has already been shipped.

12. Order Cancellations

Contact support@trycuradose.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Curadose may be able to cancel an order that has not entered processing or fulfillment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Submitting a cancellation request does not confirm that the order has been cancelled. The cancellation is effective only after Curadose confirms it in writing.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer may request a return after delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in this Policy.

13. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Address-change requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Curadose cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Curadose is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from:

  • An incomplete address;
  • An incorrect address supplied by the customer;
  • An outdated address;
  • A missing apartment, unit, building, or access number;
  • An incorrect postcode;
  • An incorrect telephone number;
  • Failure to provide required customs or delivery information; or
  • An address change requested after fulfillment began.

Where a replacement shipment is requested following a customer-provided address error, additional shipping charges may apply.

14. Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information;
  • Monitoring available tracking information;
  • Accepting delivery;
  • Responding to reasonable carrier communications; and
  • Collecting packages from pickup locations within the carrier’s applicable collection period.

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a package, or allowing a package to be returned to sender does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

If an unopened order is successfully returned to and received by Curadose, Curadose may issue a refund for eligible products after inspection, less:

  • Original shipping and handling costs;
  • Carrier return-to-sender charges;
  • Reshipment costs;
  • Duties, brokerage fees, or similar charges;
  • Storage or handling charges imposed by the carrier; and
  • Other non-recoverable delivery expenses,

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A refund may not be available if the carrier destroys, abandons, loses, or disposes of a package because it was:

  • Refused;
  • Unclaimed;
  • Incorrectly addressed;
  • Undeliverable;
  • Not cleared through customs; or
  • Not collected within the carrier’s deadline.

15. Return Location

Where a physical return is required, all authorized returns must be sent to our designated return facility located in Europe.

Curadose does not currently accept returns at a United States return address.

The complete European return address will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and authorized.

Customers must not return products to:

  • The address shown on the original shipping label;
  • A company-registration address;
  • A fulfillment location found online;
  • An address appearing on product packaging; or
  • Any address not specifically provided in Curadose’s written return authorization.

Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be refused, returned to the sender, lost, or delayed and may not qualify for a refund.

Except for verified defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect products, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping to the authorized European return facility.

No physical return is required for a claim approved under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

16. Return Abuse and Fraudulent Claims

Curadose reserves the right to reject voluntary returns, Money-Back Guarantee claims, replacements, or other discretionary remedies where Curadose reasonably identifies:

  • False, fabricated, or materially altered documents;
  • Manipulated, reused, or unrelated progress photographs;
  • Documentation belonging to another customer or order;
  • Product substitution;
  • Return of a product different from the product purchased;
  • Device serial-number mismatch;
  • Deliberate product damage;
  • False claims of non-delivery, damage, or defects;
  • Repeated claims connected to the same customer or household;
  • Multiple accounts used to obtain repeated Guarantee refunds;
  • Duplicate refund requests;
  • Abuse of promotional offers;
  • Fraudulent payment activity; or
  • Other material violations of this Policy.

Curadose may consider reasonably related:

  • Customer names;
  • Billing and shipping addresses;
  • Payment methods;
  • Email addresses;
  • Telephone numbers;
  • Device serial numbers;
  • Order histories; and
  • Other relevant transaction information.

Curadose may also decline future transactions from customers reasonably associated with return abuse, fraudulent activity, or material violations of this Policy.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support@trycuradose.com before opening a payment dispute so that Curadose has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Curadose cannot provide duplicate reimbursement for a transaction that is already subject to an active:

  • Chargeback;
  • Credit or debit card dispute;
  • PayPal claim;
  • Buy-now-pay-later dispute;
  • Digital-wallet dispute; or
  • Other payment-provider investigation.

If a payment dispute has already been opened, the transaction may need to be resolved through the applicable bank or payment provider before a separate merchant refund can be processed.

If Curadose has already issued a refund, replacement, credit, or other agreed remedy, evidence of that remedy may be submitted in response to any duplicate payment dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their bank or payment provider.

18. EU and EEA Statutory Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must send Curadose a clear statement communicating your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period.

You must then send the eligible goods back within 14 days after communicating your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to Curadose’s European return facility, provided that this responsibility was properly disclosed before purchase.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies:

  • Curadose will refund the eligible purchase price;
  • Curadose will refund the cost of the least-expensive standard delivery option offered for the order;
  • Additional costs resulting from the customer selecting expedited or non-standard delivery will not be refunded;
  • Curadose may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the customer provides acceptable evidence that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first; and
  • The customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Depending on the product and circumstances, this may include:

  • Opened serum vials;
  • Opened supplements or consumables;
  • Used micro-infusion heads;
  • Used applicators;
  • Used needles;
  • Products with broken hygiene seals; and
  • Other hygiene-sensitive products that are unsuitable for resale after opening.

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a separate commercial guarantee. It is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, statutory withdrawal or consumer rights.

19. Other Mandatory Consumer Rights

Consumer rights differ between jurisdictions.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory guarantee, warranty, withdrawal right, refund right, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Where a mandatory applicable law conflicts with a provision of this Policy, the mandatory law will apply to the extent of that conflict.

20. Applicable Policy Version

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, an order is governed by the version of this Policy displayed on trycuradose.com when the order was placed.

Any revised version of this Policy applies only to orders placed on or after the effective date stated in that revised version.

A revision will not retroactively reduce contractual rights that applied to an order when it was placed.
