Refund and Return Policy

At Curadose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

This policy applies to orders placed on https://trycuradose.com/ only and is subject to change without notice. Please note that not all items or charges are refundable - the conditions and exclusions below explain what does and does not qualify.

Return Eligibility (Standard Returns)

You may request a standard return within 30 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All items included in the original order must be returned together.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Any single-use device heads or serum vials must be unopened, with seals fully intact.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

This applies to both first-time orders and subscription refill orders.

If your order contained multiple items and you wish to return only some of them, you may do so. Please specify which items you would like to return when submitting your request. Our team will validate the items received and issue a refund for the eligible products only.

Products that have been opened or used, or that are no longer in their original sealed packaging, are not eligible for a standard return. If you have used your product and are unsatisfied with your results, you may instead be eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see below).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@curadose.com or through our contact page at https://trycuradose.com/pages/contact to request a return. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Confirm that your product meets the eligibility requirements listed above.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping anything back.

Important: Please do not send any returns to our warehouse unless you have contacted us first and received confirmation to proceed. Items shipped back without prior authorization, or to an incorrect address, may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Once you receive confirmation to proceed, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please include a note with your name and order number inside the package, and send us the tracking number or an image of your postage receipt to help expedite your refund.

Shipping and Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except where the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee or a damaged/defective item applies).
  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • For international returns, please send products to our U.S. address. The same return conditions apply.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 1–2 business days of inspection. Once processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Returned products are fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@curadose.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable. We must receive the affected product back in order to issue a replacement or refund.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Curadose stands behind its products with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you have used the Curadose Growth System as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, including standard shipping.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The guarantee is valid only on products purchased directly from https://trycuradose.com/.
  • To request a refund under the guarantee, email info@curadose.com with your order number.
  • We reserve the right to limit the guarantee to one claim per customer and to decline claims we reasonably determine to be abusive or fraudulent.

Refused and Undelivered Packages

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may either request a full refund for the products ordered, or we can reship the order with no additional shipping fee. This does not apply to refused packages, described below.

Refused packages: Rather than refuse a package, please accept it and contact us immediately so we can process a return appropriately. If you refuse a package for any reason other than damage, you may receive a refund for the products only if and when we receive the package back at our warehouse.

If you refuse a package because of obvious damage to the package or its contents, you will not be charged for return shipping or any processing fee. Once we receive it back, we will either refund the entire order, including any additional shipping cost, or reship a new package at no additional cost to you.

Please note: refused shipments have been known to get lost in transit and may not be returned to us. If you refuse a shipment and it does not arrive back at our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund. Please contact us immediately if you refuse a package so we know it is on its way back.

Medical Reasons

If you need to discontinue use of a product for medical reasons, please contact us at info@curadose.com. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return a product and purchase a different one, please follow the return process above and place a new order.

What Is Not Refundable

For clarity, the following are generally not refundable:

  • Opened or used products (except under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee or for damaged/defective items).
  • Original shipping fees (except under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee or for damaged/defective items).
  • Return shipping costs for standard returns.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside the applicable return window.
  • Duplicate orders placed in error by the customer.
